Return & Refund Policy

Ever Living Water is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price under conditions. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for merchandise.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.

• All orders must be unopened/unused. Any containers that have been used will not be accepted.

• Any products returned must be in original packaging and must be unopened or unused.

• Refunds for return received within 30 days from the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.

• Your original shipping costs will be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.

• Ever Living Water is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.

• Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.
